All our products are sourced from authorized European distributors and shipped securely from our partner warehouses within the European Union. We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.

1. Shipping Options & Costs

  • FREE EU Shipping: We are proud to offer completely free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or weight. We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
  • Free Local Pickup: Prefer to grab your order in person? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with pickup instructions and hours as soon as your items are ready.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

For shipped orders, the total time to receive your package is the sum of the Processing Time and the Transit Time (approximately 3 to 9 business days total).

A. Order Cut-off & Processing (0 to 3 Business Days)

  • Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM (CET/Brussels Time).
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will begin processing the next business day.
  • Note: Processing includes picking, packing, and handing the parcel over to the carrier.

B. Transit Time (3 to 6 Business Days)

  • Once dispatched, packages typically take 3 to 6 business days to arrive.
  • Note: Transit times may vary slightly depending on your exact location within the EU and the specific logistics partner assigned to your region.

3. Our Carriers

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery for every product—whether it's small electronics or large appliances—we work with a trusted network of logistics partners, including Bpost, DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS.

You do not need to select a carrier at checkout; our logistics system will automatically assign the best, fastest option for your specific package size, weight, and destination.

4. Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • The name of your assigned carrier.
  • Your unique tracking number (ID).
  • A direct link to track your delivery status in real-time.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking link to update with live data.

5. Delivery Issues & Support

  • Absence During Delivery: If you are not home, the carrier will typically leave a delivery note, route the package to a nearby Pick-up Point, or attempt delivery the following business day. Please monitor your tracking link for updates.
  • Damaged Packaging: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or clearly sign the delivery slip as "DAMAGED". Contact us immediately at sales@elch.be so we can make it right.
  • Non-Delivery: If your estimated delivery window has passed and your package has not arrived, please reach out to our support team. We will open a swift investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
